Q: What types of trading cards do you sell?
A: We offer Japanese and English Pokémon products (both booster boxes and loose packs). We also provide other trading card games such as Weiss Schwarz, Lycee TCG, Build and Divide, Osica, and other TCGs.
Q: Are your products authentic?
A: We guarantee 100% authenticity for every item we sell.
Q: Do you sell 'dead' boxes or 'dead' packs?
A: All of our loose boxes are selected randomly from a sealed case. All of our loose packs are selected randomly from a sealed booster box. We do not map our cases or boxes.
Q: My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
A: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Please note that small tears on some products are normal and do NOT qualify as damaged. If an order is visibly damaged, we are happy to provide a return for a refund/exchange.
