Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy:

We offer a 5 day after delivery return window as long as the product is UNOPENED and in its original factory sealed packaging. Please reach out to us on the Contact Us page to initial a return. Please note that slight tears on the wrapping for some factory sealed products may occur, and is completely normal. Products of this nature do not qualify as damaged and do not qualify for an exchange or return.

Exchanges Policy:

We do not provide exchanges on our products. If there is a problem with your order, reach out to us to initiate an in policy return. Please note that small tears or imperfections may occur on some products and are completely normal and do NOT qualify for an exchange or a refund.

Returns Process:

If your return request is accepted, please ship the products back to the address provided. Once the product is successfully received, you'll be refunded the original purchase price (minus 3% credit card refund fee), minus any shipping/return shipping fees if applicable.
