Q: When will my orders ship?
A: We ship out our orders within 1-2 business days with most being shipped next day!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we are only shipping within the USA.
Q: My package is lost in transit. What do I do?
A: If it has been over 2 weeks since the last tracking update from the carrier, we will consider the package as lost and offer a full refund or replacement. Just contact us!
Q: My package says it's delivered but I didn't get it.
A: Every order is shipped with a tracking number. If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier and you did not receive it, please open a case with the carrier for an investigation. We can not provide a refund or replacement if the package is marked delivered by the carrier.
Q: My package is going to arrive too late due to delays, can I get a refund?
A: We ship all of our products within 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for potential delays caused by the shipping carriers so please keep that in mind before placing an order.
